I'm taking a little bike ride in a couple weekends.  As I rode today it dawned on that I will be riding for many who can't ride or who are impacted in other ways by MS.  I remember the spot where I was humbled.  It was just past the bridge over the creek where I was surrounded by corn on one side, soy beans on the other, a sunrise behind and gorgeous clouds ahead.  The troubles of my day shrank as I relaxed in the embrace of beauty.
