Sacred Connections Marriage Conference Speakers: Aram and Ellen Haroutunian
2010.01.22
Sacred Connections is one week away! I hope you can make it to hear our wonderful speakers and grow your spiritual connection with your spouse.
Here's a little bit about Aram and Ellen:
Aram Haroutunian was born and raised in the Boston area (yes, he is an avid Red Sox fan). He got his undergraduate degree in Meteorology (yes, you heard that right). He then went on to get his Theology degree at Dallas Seminary, and then a Master's degree in Biblical Counseling at Colorado Christian University. He has been pastoring for 20 years, the last 15 at Lookout Mountain Community Church in Golden, CO. Aram enjoys golfing, hockey, gardening, and severe weather.
Ellen Haroutunian is a writer, speaker, and therapist with a primary focus on relationship, sexual abuse, identity issues and spiritual formation. She is also passionate about social justice issues, particularly the flourishing of women around the globe and serves as Board Chairman for Streets Hope, a non-profit organization that is designed to help women leave the sex for sale trade. She lives in Littleton, CO with her pastor husband, two college aged kids and some cats.
Aram and Ellen have served in church ministry for over two decades, pastoring and counseling in areas of personal, marriage and family relationships as well as church life. They are now serving with Urban Skye ministries in Denver as pastors-at-large in Denver and surrounding communities. They are venturing out to pastor and mentor younger leaders, and to dialogue with and pastor those who are unchurched.
